About the place

We are Angie and Nick, and we are renting out one more room in our beloved family house.

We have a house of 155 m2 with 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are already rented out, and one more is available (with the 4th room being spare, which can be used as a guest bedroom and/or an office).

The bedroom is 12 m2. The rooms and the rest of the house (shared space) are fully furnished (incl. brand new electric standing desks) and well-maintained.

Large spacious backyard and front yard. Own parking space.

Vomar, bakery, GP, post office and local park are just around the corner. A large park and an animal farm are 5min walk away.

10 min bike ride to the Maarssen train station. 7min direct train ride to Utrecht Centraal, 19min direct train ride to Bijlmer Arena & 25min direct train ride to Amsterdam Centraal.

Very safe and quiet neighbourhood.

We are looking for a student or young professional. Clean, responsible, non-party animals.
