About the place

Hello, 
I want to sublet my room in a big apartment for three months starting immediately till April 30, 2025. My room is spacious with almost a king-sized bed, a small study desk, a portable closet and a nice chair. 

The apartment is furnished and has a big living room with a TV, a well-designed kitchen with a dishwasher. We also have a washing machine + dryer. There is also a big balcony. 

The upfront TOTAL rent for the two months will be €1020 (excluding utilities - ~€60) with €300 as deposit. You will live with two more housemates (21 & 24 years old). Viewing is possible. 


Location - Fazantenkamp, Maarssen, Utrecht. 
Nearest bus stop - duiven-fazantenkamp (2-3 min away)
Nearest train station - Maarssen station (15 min by walk, 7 min bike)
Utrecht Centraal is 30 min by bus.
