About the place

The house is a monumental building in the city centre of Maarssen (near Utrecht). Because the renovation is postponed, the owner of the building wants to give (international)students the possibility to live here temporarily.
The house has a big shared kitchen/dining room.
There are two shared bathrooms, one with a shower/toilet, the other with a shower/bath/toilet.
To assist you with moving furniture, you can use the elevator present in the building.

The room itself is spacious and has carpets and curtains.
There is also a closed off private parking lot.
Very fast optical fiber internet is available.
The room is available for rent for a period of 3 months from June 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024.
