About the place

Earlier, a student from Middelburg rented a room here for 7 months while studying in Leiden. Then a student from Jakarta stayed for 1.5 years, and that room will be available again from February 21st. There's a possibility of using a washing machine and dryer by mutual agreement.

A second room for rent is not available. which will also be listed on Kamernet. The third room belongs to my daughters, who stay here regularly but live in Leiden and The Hague. I've agreed with them to only accommodate female students because there's only one bathroom and toilet available. The house and garden are spacious enough for privacy. Each room can be locked from the inside. The main tenant has a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) from Takecare BNB. Public transport to Leiden or The Hague is within walking distance.
