About the place

Hi! I am renting out a room in my house as my roommate is leaving per 1th of June. I am a clean, tidy person who is working two jobs and studying on the side who works out a lot (so I am home six days a week but go early and come home late usually). The house is very light and bright and we have very quiet but lovely neighbours. 

There is a small bathroom and seperate toilet. Medium sized kitchen with all important appliances included. There is a big balcony with hangout (I will add photos) that is connected to my room and to the hallway (that I use as my office). Big living with everything included. I do have a bedframe for you that you can use. 

I am looking for a non-smoker (if you're okay with only smoking downstairs and not on the balcony that's ok). I don't care if you're a big partyer or really quiet, just preferably no random houseparties at the place (excluding your birthday p.e.). People are always welcome to come over and hang out, though.


I speak Dutch and English with a sparkle of French and German on the side, learning Spanish. All languages are welcome but preferably at least B2 English level.
