We are looking for a female, age 27 - 35.

General: 
The room is located in a spacious family house with 4 individual rooms, and shared living room, kitchen, garden, bathroom, and laundry room. The rent includes gas / water / electric / internet / use washing machine, excluding annual municipal taxes (around 230,- per year per person)

Accessibility: 
20 minutes cycling distance from Leiden station and the city center. There is also a bus in front of the door that takes you in 10 minutes to the station or city centre.

Residents: 
The house is occupied by 2 ladies:
Svitla, 34, Ukrainian, working part-time in Marketing and Communications and studying Psychology at Leiden University
Sylvana, 27, Dutch, working full-time as an orthopedagogist

Living together:
At home we seek each other out to talk about things we've experienced, have coffees together, and occasionally go out together to try a new sport or hobby. We like to share food, but usually everyone cooks for themselves due to different eating times. We keep the house clean and tidy together and have a cleaning schedule with a weekly cleaning task.
