About the place

Hello room seeker! We are Huize X and we are looking for a new roommate (m) and maybe that will be you! We are a double-mixed (Catena/Asopos/Dac/Qravel) house of nine (five ladies and four gentlemen). What we offer: A room of 13 square meters in the beautiful monastery in the quiet south of Leiden ten minutes by bike from the center. A cozy atmosphere, weekly house dinner, house beer and house coffee, Christmas dinners, Easter brunches, house parties, outings but also quiet mornings in the fusie, 'movie-with-wine nights', spontaneous study sessions and games in the fusie or on our roof terrace, something for everyone. What we are looking for: a new roommate who would like to be part of this! If you are a man between 17 and 27 who studies in Leiden and is looking for a room, don't hesitate and send us a message introducing yourself, age, studies, hobbies etc. and maybe you will be invited to the hospi in 2 weeks (date will be announced to you). The room will be available from the 24th of november. The rent is about 425 euros per month, incl. gas, water, electricity and 10 per month for internet, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc. Internationals are welcome!
