About the place

I am renting out my room in the heart of the city center of the historic city of Leiden. The room is located on a beautiful canal and has sunlight all day.  It is 48 square meters but as you can see in the video the roof is a little diagonal so the living space is a little smaller, but still a very large room! The rent is 900 euros and is for a period of 6/7 months, +- 1 August until +- 1 Feb. The rent is 900 euros per month and includes: electricity, water, gas, wifi etc. but also includes cleaning of the house once every week (not the room) and also includes fresh bread every morning, toilet paper and other shared items between the housemates.
