About the place

We're looking for a new housemate as soon as possible. 

A bit about the house: 
It is a shared house in the heart of Leiden on one of the most beautiful canals. Overall, it spans three floors and has 2 bathrooms and a big and spacious kitchen, shared between all tenants. You will be living under the roof in the attic, which has a lot of windows and offers a beautiful view of the city center. During the summer (or whenever there is a bit of sun) there is a bench outside the house and we have a table that can be used to enjoy dinner outside. 

What we want from a housemate: 
You are very social and open to communicating with your housemates (we live together, not co-exist ;)). Further, we appreciate someone who is tidy and will clean up after themselves. Maybe you can tell us a bit about yourself and we can see if there are any common interests. :) 

Who you'll be living with: 
You will be living with 4 other girls, all spread out over the different floors of the house. We're all studying something different (criminology, psychology) or working. 

Please note: 

The room comes fully furnished, though it will need to be purchased from the previous tenant. We can provide details regarding the process and cost.

English is the primary language of communication in the house.

Due to the landlord's requirements, only female tenants are permitted.
