This is a fully furnished room of approximately 12 square meters, located on the 1st floor. The room comes with all the furniture included: two closets, a bed, a desk with a desk chair, and a storage box for shoes or other items.

The shared facilities in the property include three showers, four toilets, a kitchen, and a living room.

The rental period runs from December 24th until the end of March/early April, with flexibility on the exact end date, which can be discussed. The rent is €600 per month and includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi). Additionally, the use of tea, spices, sauces, olive oil, kitchen utensils and toilet paper is included in the price.
