About the place

I am looking for a STUDENT!! to take over my contract and room in leiden, which means this a long term contract(>1year till august 2025). There is a Jumbo and Aldi downstairs. Bicycling  to the leiden university only takes 7 minutes. Its an apartment for 4, so there are 3 roommates in the building (2master students 1 male and 1 female, 1 bachelor male student). You will have your own room but shared bathroom, kitchen and toilet. The rent is 750€/ month including utilities (no housing allowence!). Registration is allowed after you sign the contract.
