About the place

Situated in the Molenbuurt, the 2-bedroom apartment is around the corner from Dirk, Action, and 5-10 minutes walk from Leiden Centraal and bars such as van Melzen. 

The apartment has amenities such as a sunny living room, a south-facing balcony, a bathtub, washing machine, and a dishwasher. You have canal view in your bedroom and view of Molen de Valk on the balcony. 

Due to relocation I am looking for someone who wants to take over my room. For rent is the largest room in the apartment. The room has a beautiful wooden floor, and I am looking for someone who can maintain the condition of the room. The room is furnished and therefore better suited for someone who does not plan to move with too many things. In the photo there is only a twin sized bed, but it is possible to expand it to a double bed. It is also possible to place your own bed, if you have one.

You will share the apartment with one other housemate who lives upstairs. The room will be available Oct 1st and you will be able to participate in selecting a new housemate.
