About the place

A room of approximately 10 m² is available immediately on Mahlerstraat in Leiden. The room measures about 2.6 x 4 meters and is part of a friendly student house.

You will share the living room, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom with two housemates (both students, around 21 years old). The house is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, dryer, and a projector for a home cinema, in addition to the usual furnishings. The atmosphere in the house is pleasant and quiet.

The room is unfurnished but carpeted. Furniture can be taken over in consultation if desired.

Ideally, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking male around 21 years old, preferably a student or working student.
No pets. We value mutual consideration and a calm living environment, and expect no noise disturbance in the hallway or stairwell.
