About the place

A room will become available in our lovely house as of March 1st. The house is located in a charming courtyard right in the city center of Leiden. You’ll be living together with two women (both 24), who are in the final phase of their master’s studies.

We have a warm and welcoming home where there’s plenty of space for your own life, but also lots of room for gezelligheid. We regularly eat together, watch movies, or work out together (running, swimming, strength training). And when the mood is right, our living room can easily turn into a dance floor thanks to our disco box.

The house is modernly furnished while still featuring authentic elements. We have both a front and a back garden where we often sit and relax. In addition, we enjoy the luxury of a dishwasher and a new washing machine.

The room is approximately 10 m² and costs €525 per month excluding utilities, plus an advance payment of €110 per month for gas, water, electricity, and municipal taxes. The rental contract is temporary until October 2026, but this end date is flexible and can be adjusted earlier or later in consultation. If preferred, the room can be furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe at no extra cost.

We are looking for a female housemate (finishing her master’s or just starting work) who would enjoy sharing this cozy and pleasant home with us.
