Ideal room for a very neat foreign student, preferably a young hard studying man or lady, everything is private and do not share anything with anyone, your parent or someone must guarantee it.

Very quiet studying ladies can also respond.
There is still a student lady living in the house, everything is within walking distance, shopping street and supermarket within 200 meters.
