About the place

We are not a student house (owners and students share the house) and we are looking for a calm, clean student. It is a newly furnished room (bed+desk+wardrobe+couch+table) with its own washing basin and bed linen and towels are present. The kitchen, bathroom and 2 toilets are to shared with the owners and other students. Wireless internet and a washing machine are available. The house is located within a 5 minute or less biking distance of the city center, the Lipsius building of Leiden University and multiple supermarkets. Master, PhD or final year Bachelor students are preferred. No smokers.
