About the place

Dear room seeker,

As I will be going to the South America for 3 months, I am renting out my room. I am the owner of the apartment, so you have the possibility to register your address here.

The entire apartment is 66 m², and your future room is approximately 18 m². There is a large shared living room, dining room, kitchen, shower, and toilet.

My housemate (your future one) is a male (22) MSc medical student at LUMC.

We are looking for a (preferably) male, clean, and respectful new housemate for these 6 months. In our home, there is a lot of respect for each other and space for your own life. Yet we often cook and eat together, but this can be discussed.

The entire apartment is furnished, and you are welcome to use everything. If there is something specific you want to bring or change, that can be discussed as well.

There is currently no Wi-Fi in the apartment, but this could be arranged with the neighbors.
