I’m looking for a student to take over my DUWO contract in Leiden starting either 15th September or 1st October Details: Room size: 45 m² Rent: €630 p/m (incl. utilities) Location: Leiden Kloosterpoort Facilities: room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with another tenant Furnished/unfurnished: fully furnished Important conditions (set by DUWO): Must be a full-time student at Leiden University Contract takeover only — contract runs until 10-08-2026 (cannot be extended) Room is taken over in current state (DUWO doesn’t provide cleaning or furniture) Gender: only male tenant Key handover arranged directly between us Contract details: Takeover date: 14-15th or 29-30th September 2025
