About the place

Hi everyone,
There is a vacant room in our apartment in Leiden from the 1st of April. You'll have two roommates, Esmee, 22, and Sofia, 19. 
We're looking for a woman, preferably someone a bit further along with the studies. 
We're a very chill house with not a lot of obligations. However, we do like talking and cooking in the kitchen together, sipping a beer on our balcony (!) and watching a movie together. 
The room that's available is pretty big, around 15m2, with your own sink. It's possible to take over the bed and closet from the last tenant. The rent is €619,90 a month, including utilities. In case we choose you, there is an additional deposit of around €575, and you have to pay the last tenant a fee (about €75) for the shared television in the living room and kitchen utilities, which is passed on from tenant to tenant. There is a washer, dryer, oven and dishwasher in the apartment. 
All in all, we're looking for someone who's open to doing stuff together, but who also has their own thing going on. If you're interested, definitely send us a message with some information about yourself, and maybe we'll see you soon!
