About the place

This room is from a shared apartment with two bedrooms and one living room. The other bedroom currently lives a couple. And this room is available for 1-2 people. It's open to international, and registration is available. Notice that registration is only available for one.

It locates at Leiden Lammenschans with a 5 mins walk to the Lammschans train station, where you can go to Leiden Centraal in 5 mins by train. It's nearby a Plus in 3 mins walking and AH in 6 mins of biking. It has multiple buses in a 5 mins walk as well.

It's a bit more than 80m² of the whole apartment and your bedroom would be 10m² or so. There are also a laundry room, a toilet and a bathroom in the apartment. It is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen including oven. You will share all public space with a nice couple from the other bedroom.

You could move in as a replacement of the current tenant at 10 March soonest, or no later than 31 March. And then there will be no end date. You could live here for as long as you want. 

You will need to takeover the furnitures with a price between 375~775 depends on your preference. This is for furnitures all over the apartment instead of only the bedroom available. They include e.g.washing machine, microwave, sofa, tv, dining table, bed, etc.

We currently share the rent and all other expenses per room(half-half), if you would like to share them per person, further discussion is possible.
