About the place

We, the residents of the Kaasmarkt, are searching for a new housemate that can move in from the 1st of June.

The room is located in the heart of Leiden right next to Haarlemmerstraat, only 5 minutes by bike to Central station or University library and with Albert Heijn around the corner at crawl distance.

Room is approximately 8 square meters, and unfurnished. (The price is not yet fixed, but it is to be expected that it will be about € 400, including utilities.)

We are a total of nine people and seeking a tenth housemate, so you share the kitchen, washing machine, fridge, 3 toilets, a shower, a living room and a nice and sunny roof terrace with 9 other beautiful students. We are chill and do our own thing, there are no obligations, but we also like to spend time eating dinner together, watching movies, going for a walk, and doing other events (3th of October, Sinterklaas/Christmas, etc).
