About the place

Hello! We are Huize X and we are looking for a new roommate (M) and maybe that could be you! We are a mixed house with different student associations (Catena/Asopos/SSR/Sempre Crescendo). There are nine of us in total (five women and four men). The room is about 13 square meter and is located in an old monastary in the beautiful south of Leiden. It'll take you just a ten-minute bike ride to get to the city, but the home is surrounded by beautiful greenery. We have cosy household with weekly dinners, housebeer and housecoffee, Christmas dinners, Easter brunches, and a yearly house party. On the daily we have nice nights in our living room, we watch movies, we study together and play games in the living room or on our roof terrace. In other words, something for everyone! We are looking for a male roommate between the ages of 17 and 27 who studies in Leiden and is looking for a room. Don't hesitate to message us with your name, age, major, hobbies, etc., and maybe you will be invited to our 'hospiteeravond' in two weeks time (the exact date will be sent to you later). The room will be available from the end of February, and the rent is about 500 euros a month, incl. gas, water and electricity. In addition, everyone pays a contribution of 10 euros a month to pay for internet, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc. Internationals are welcome!
