Looking for a nice, spacious and peaceful place to live? Look no further :) 
I am looking for a female housemate (26-31 y/o) to share my lovely appartment with! 

About the appartment: 
The appartment itself is 93 m2, of which the living room is around 40 m2, so there is plenty of room! The appartment comes with everything you need, modern equipment (an high tech oven with options I have not even discovered myself, a dishwasher, a robot vacuumcleaner, a washing machine). Furthermore, the appartement has an amazing balcony that catches sun from the afternoon until the evening, where you can chill and melt (if you transform the sleeping sofa that I put there, see photo). 

The appartment is located in a nice and calm area in the 'Hoge Mors'. There is a Jumbo, Trekpleister, Aldi, Turkish shop and a restaurant 100 meters away. You'll be in the city center in 5-7 minutes by bike, but there's also a bus stop around the corner. There's a lake and a restaurant at 10 minutes by bike and the beach can be reached in 15 minutes.

The room that will be available around the 1st of September (but we can discuss the date) is around 10 m2. There's a storage/washing room opposite to the room, where you can easily store stuff/clothing as well. You could also store your stuff in the storage room downstairs, where you can put your bike or stuff that you barely use. 

The rent will be 750 euros excl. additional costs (g/w/l/e, around 150 euros per month, and a separate yearly payment for the water authority tax). There's a deposit of two months rent.

About myself: 
I am 28 years old and work as a child and adolescent psychologist. After work and in the weekends, I like to play tennis, do sports, meet up with friends, go outdoors, hop into the city center, eat or drink somewhere etc. I am quite a busy person in my free time and I mostly use the house as a calm basis to relax and recharge. I would like to live with someone who also has work and her own things going on. I am always up to do random stuff or eat together if we both have time though :) Furthermore, it'd be nice to live with someone who can also live calmly and helps to keep the place tidy.
