About the place

Hey, 
We are Martha and Tiny. At the end of October, a housemate will be moving out, and a room will become available. Which room is not yet known, as there might be an internal room move first. In case this takes more time or maintenance is needed, the room will be available from mid-November (maybe sooner). Because both rooms are still occupied, recent photos are not (yet) possible. However, the added photos and layout will give an impression of the proportions of the room.
We are a small, quiet (student) house that is fairly tidy. One of us (27y. f.) graduated two years ago and works part-time. The other (25y. f.) is working on her master's degree. We are both Dutch, quite athletic and enjoy trying new things. But we are also quite different and have different hobbies and interests, such as soccer and reading vs swimming and gaming. We regularly cook and eat together during the week when it's convenient, but it's not mandatory. Aside from the weekly cleaning, we have few household responsibilities. After being housemates for five years, we developed a good bond, but we would love to have a new person in our house and get to know each other. 
Because we're both a bit older and heading towards working life, we're looking for an independent and calm housemate who is already further along in their studies and willing to live with us for a year. We are searching for a female housemate. We are open to both a Dutch or an international housemate.
