About the place

Dear room seeker,

As of July the first 2025 the top floor of my house will be available! This consists of a bedroom of 12 square meters and an extra room of +/- 6 square meters that can serve as a study/sitting room. On the landing, next to the small room, there is a built-in closet and a custom-made single loft bed is available, so the small room could also serve as a bedroom and the large room as a sitting room. 

The house is located in the beautiful and safe professors' district in Leiden, a 2-minute walk from Lammenschans Station and within 5 minutes by bike to the center of Leiden or Polderpark Cronesteyn. An ideal location! 

You will live with me: Susanne. I am 26 years old and almost finished with my master's degree at Leiden University. 

Who am I looking for? 
I am looking for a nice, calm housemate (30 years or younger) who wants to share the spacious kitchen, bathroom, garden and toilet with me and is in the final phase of studies, is doing a PhD or has started working. I think it is important that the house is clean and to be considerate of each other and each other’s lifestyles. 

Costs: 
The total top floor is 900/950 euros including gas/water/electricity/internet per month.
