The sunny top floor of this atmospheric 1930s house is for you. A bedroom and a separate living room with kitchenette. It is fully furnished, so it is ideal for an international student or temporary stay.

I have a quiet lifestyle and I am looking for a roommate to match. The space is not suitable for cohabitants. 

It is a lovely quiet place, overlooking the green gardens and 5 minutes from the center and beautiful parks.

*You share the washing machine and dryer with me, for this I need  twice per week access to your living area, in mutual consultation.

*The WiFi is excellent.
* The studio is rented for half a year

*Viewing in Leiden has my preference, but online viewing is also possible if you're staying abroad.
