About the place

Hi everyone!
We are offering 4 clean, fully furnished rooms (one with a balcony) in Bachstraat, Leiden, in a residential area. Renting contract for > 12 months.
The rooms are completely furnished with a bed, a desk, a desk chair and a cupboard. The toilet, bathroom and kitchen have to be shared with 3 other persons. Inscription city hall is possible. Wifi is present. Rent €650 - €820 (all-inclusive) and deposit €1300 - €1640.
ONLY FOR FEMALE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (>21 years), non-smoking rooms, no pets, not suitable for couples.
