About the place

We are looking for a student for this room. The room is not furnished.
The house is a few minutes by bike from the center and station.
Toilet, shower and kitchen are shared with one person.
Washing machine is included in the price. Behind the house is a (closed) place where you can park your bicycles and sit in the sun. 
If you are someone who thinks it is important that the house is kept tidy, we look forward to your response!
p.s. We would very much appreciate it if you tell us something about yourself, such as your studies/work, any hobbies and what you hope to find in a shared house. 
This room can be cancelled monthly, so you are not obliged to rent until September 1.
