Hey there! Are you in your late twenties, working, and looking for a more relaxed living environment? If so, this shared house might be just what you're looking for!
I'm searching for a new housemate who is open to sharing a cozy home. A positive atmosphere and mutual respect are important. We also keep the house tidy and livable together. Extra, it would be nice when you're aware about your impact on your living environment. I'd love to get to know you better during an introduction/viewing.

A bit more about the house:
- There is a dishwasher and washing machine available.
- Instead of two housemates, I prefer just one. This means there's an extra room that can be used as a study or workspace.
- You'll be living with a roommate who is great at cooking, enjoys playing games often, loves being active (including sports), and appreciates cultural experiences. He knows all the good spots in Leeuwarden if you're new to the city! ;)
