Room available in a quiet apartment complex in Leeuwarden. The room is 8 m2 but the loft bed offers enough space. There is also a desk under the bed and the window is nice to work on with lots of light. There is also a wardrobe.

The common areas are the kitchen and bathroom (shower, washing machine) and the spacious living room (including large TV!).

The rent (inclusive) is €471. The furniture in the room must be taken over for a one-off fee of €300.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex. There is also a storage room available in the basement.
