Above our own office at the Schrans in Leeuwarden, there are two student rooms, with shared use of kitchen, bathroom, toilet and ROOF TERRACE. Includes use of washing machine.
One room is currently available!

Entrance through office area. Stairs with stairs cupboard for the waste container.

Layout 1st floor, AVAILABLE: Student room (approx. 4.5 x 4.25 m) with neat laminate flooring, stair cupboard and large light windows.

Common use, so to share with only 1 fellow student(!):
toilet room. Kitchen area with skylight and with gas hob, built-in fridge and central heating combi boiler.
Bathroom with sink, washing machine and shower cubicle. storage space.

Layout 2nd floor:
Access to roof terrace (approx. 20m²), to be used by both room residents.

Particularities:
Rent includes energy consumption and use of washing machine. Internet connection for the account of room residents.

Deposit 1 month rent. No contract or brokerage costs for the tenant. Available immediately.
