About the place

Per 1st of july 2025 2 completely furnished rooms are available at Lenteklokje in Leeuwarden. This is an international student house where both boys and girls live. In total there are 6 rooms in the house, with only international students. There is a kitchen (20m2) downstairs. Here everyone can socialize or relax. One room is upstairs and is 12 m2, the other downstairs and 13m2. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house has a small garden in front with a locked storage place where you can park you bike and a large (55m2) garden at the back. During summertime, you can chill in the sun during the whole day.

Regarding the services, a washing machine is available. Internet is profided.
If you are interested in renting the room, send a message. The viewings will be at wednesday 18th of june. A video call is possible but preferably a real life viewing in Leeuwarden.
