About the place

Per 3 january 2025 5 rooms become available at Lenteklokje in Leeuwarden. This is an international student house where both boys and girls live. In total there are 6 rooms in the house. There is a kitchen (20m2) downstairs. Here everyone can socialize or relax. The rooms are upstairs and are per room 12 to 14m2. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house has a small garden in front with a locked storage place where you can park you bike and a large (55m2) garden at the back. During summertime, you can chill in the sun during the whole day. 

The rent per room is:
Basic Rent: 			€420
Gas and electricity		€80
Water				€20
Municipality Tax		€20
Total				€540

Regarding the services, a washing machine is available. Internet can be arranged yourself (depending on your preferences) 
If you are interested in renting the room, send a message. The viewing of all 5 rooms is Wednesday 11 December at 9:30. I will be there in person during the viewing. A video call is possible but preferably a real life viewing in Leeuwarden.
