About the place

This is a student building within walking distance of the station where 2 rooms are available. A small front garden with backyard and a spacious kitchen.

The room is located on the first floor (at the front of the building) where the bathroom is also located. The drying plate is also located on the 1st floor, where you can enjoy the sun in the summer.

The house is located on Leeuwarderstraat (just behind the station) and is located a 5-minute bike ride from the center and 10 minutes from the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences.
The supermarkets are within walking distance of the house.
