The room is equipped with bed, TV cabinet with TV, hanging / wardrobe, table, desk and chairs. Internet available.  Bathroom and shower is shared with one other female tenant on the ground floor. The owners live on the in the same building (fully seperated from the rental rooms). The tenant has acces to the frontgarden that offers enough privacy. There is storage space for a bicycle.
