A nice student room available from February 1st. Located at Heliconweg in Leeuwarden.

About the room:
The room is at the back of the house. It is nice and quiet here. The room has 2 built-in closets that can also be locked. Between the closets is a recess where a TV can be placed, for example. The room has a radiator, ceiling light, and a neat laminate floor.

The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared with the housemates. The housemates are both men and women between the ages of 18 and 25. The kitchen is equipped with all built-in appliances. There is also a washing machine here. In the shared living room and backyard, you can sit comfortably.
