**Spacious Rooms for Rent in a Lovely House - Available Now!**

I have two rooms available for rent in a spacious house. 

- **Room 1**: 8m² for €499/month  
- **Room 2**: 18m² for €699/month  

Both rooms are located in a house with a shared bathroom and a large kitchen. The house is in good condition and fully functional, with all utilities included except for internet, which is an additional €10/month.

Please note that the house will undergo some renovation for about 1-2 days per week over the next six months. The work will not take place in the evenings, so there will be minimal disruption. I'm currently in the process of finishing my studies, so I don’t have a lot of time to manage the renovations myself, but I will ensure everything runs smoothly.
