Hello possible future tenant!

This room is available from 1st February and has an excellent location. In the house you will be living with 8 other people over 3 floors. The roommates are super nice, but the room still gives you enough privacy if needed. Besides the room there is also a kitchen, toilet and shower which are shared with the two other roommates on your floor. With renting the room comes the table, bed and cupboard depicted in the photos. Even though the room is fairly small, it was for me always enough space to live in. The house is located between the Van Hall Larenstein and the NHL Stenden, so that both are easily reachable with a bike (VHL – 8min, NHL – 5min), which can also be parked secured in the back yard of the house. Because of the location it’s easily possible to go grocery shopping with a Jumbo close by (4 min by foot) and even go to the city centrum by foot (15 min by foot).
