About the place

Hello Everyone!

A room is available in a shared house starting August 1st!

The house is about a 5 minute ride to NHL Stenden and about 10 minutes to Leeuwarden station. 

Rent is about ~€475 per month (the landlord has yet to inform me of the official change but I am paying around this amount).

The room comes with a couch and a mini freezer which will be €80 to take over from myself.

There are 4 other housemates who are very friendly and love having a little chat but also are busy in their own lives.

Registration is mandatory and the landlords are looking for a student or someone who plans on studying this year 

The despair is one month of rent.
