About the place

The apartment is located on the second floor.
The bedroom is approximately 7 m² and comes with a shared bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. Wireless internet is also available. The building is well-maintained and situated in a quiet residential neighborhood.

You can cycle to the train station in about 10 minutes, and the supermarket (AH) is an 8-minute walk away. Bus stops are also within easy reach.

Pets are always welcome, and smoking is allowed either outside on the balcony or inside. The rent includes utilities such as energy, water, a refrigerator, and a washing machine.
