About the place

Dear home seeker, I live in a small but nice house with my children every two weeks at the weekend. Not available the entire week, only during the week and every other weekend. The room is clean, a brand new bed and mattress, desk, bathroom around the corner, internet available, a small sofa (nice fatboy for chilling) and TV can be arranged.
Lock on the door can also be arranged. I am very fond of my privacy, I occasionally play the piano (digitally, no nuisance and can be heard upstairs) (hobby/work) and I am often out of the house, and I am a nocturnal animal with a soothing, artistic atmosphere in the house. The house is secured with a camera (aimed at the garden aisle and front of the house). Look for an independent, non-claiming woman who walks her own path during her stay and is sincere, honest and hygienic and lives her life in a healthy social environment, or someone who can use a time out space.
My reason for renting the room to a woman is (sorry men) that I have had negative experiences with testosterone bombs and did not respect my and the requested freedom with noise and claiming, so I would like an independent, calm person. The possibility is certainly there with a human click to eat together in my living room or watch TV, make music, go for a walk, etc. Use of my kitchen is of course available, everything in consultation. Bus stop, supermarket and city nearby. It is a safe house and a safe street. My only don'ts are frequent visits from multiple people or daily visits from any partner (of course possible, but not 24/7), loud music (please indicate if you want to let loose, this is often possible in consultation). I am a single father of 45 and a young spirit and have a humane and caring approach to life. Please contact us if you are interested. I only ask for a contribution for resources for my own use such as toilet paper and cleaning products, etc. Little to no rental costs or contribution, I want to check carefully whether we will both not be cut back on student financing, benefits and taxes, etc., it is purely out of goodwill because the nice room is empty during the week and maybe I can help someone.
