About the place

I'm looking for a housemate for the period from June 30th to August 30th, for two months. The total rent for the room is €350 per month (including gas/water/electricity). You'll be living in a terraced house with me; I'm still a student in Groningen. The living room, kitchen, and toilet/shower are shared. It's a cozy house. The living room is a pleasant, furnished space. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The house is tidy and clean.

There is a bed and a wardrobe in the bedroom, which you can use. If you'd prefer to bring your own furniture for the room, that's no problem at all.
