Hello future housemate, if you want to live beneath THE OLDEHOVE in the city center in a beautifully maintained and clean coach house, then you have come to the right place!

The very best student house in Leeuwarden is looking for a new housemate, or rather, a new family member! It is a diverse group of 7 students from all parts of the country; everyone enjoys drinking nice beers, wines, and a party every now and then in between studies, and we are also tea lovers! In our house, you will make friends for LIFE! This bright, high, spacious room with a beamed ceiling and red brick wall is located on the first floor, facing north, and is approximately 21 m² with two large sliding windows. Two large built-in wardrobes and a sink with hot and cold water are present, and there is enough space for a sleeping area, study, and a cozy seating area. The room will be delivered "turnkey" clean, painted, with cleaned carpeting and curtains. So, it is ready to move in immediately. All this is combined with the use of all communal areas and a large 40 m² south-facing roof terrace where you can still hear the birds singing.

The monumental Coach House is equipped with every comfort and convenience. You enter using a secure tag. You won't have to lug your laundry home every week, because you have the luxury of a washing machine right in your own home. On the ground floor, there is a laundry room and a drying/ironing room. Your mail goes into your own mailbox, and your bicycle is stored indoors, kept warm and dry. Naturally, wireless internet and a TV connection in your room are free. There is a toilet on every floor and there are 2 large shower rooms. There is 1 kitchen and 1 beautiful eat-in kitchen where you can prepare your most delicious meals together. After dinner, you have the comfortable luxury of lingering at the table, because the dishwashers do the work! From the eat-in kitchen, there is access to the large south-facing roof terrace, where we spend many hours chilling out. And all this in the heart of the city, with all the fun things crawling around the corner without a coat!!

The house is located in the city center, within 1 km of Stenden and NHL, a supermarket within 318m, and the train station within a 596m walk. All the shops, bars, and cozy terraces along the canal are located around the corner on the Nieuwestad (Leeuwarden's main shopping street), and in just a few steps, you are also in the coziest shopping street in the Netherlands!
