Hello future roommate!

Do you want to live in the city center, in a coach house almost below De Oldehove? Then this is your chance!

We are a super friendly student house with a cleaning schedule, where seven of us live. We are looking for a new roommate (tea lovers 😉). We are a diverse group of people from all over the country. Everyone enjoys socializing, a drink, and the occasional party.

The room

The room is approximately 22 m² and is located on the second floor. It is a bright, high-ceilinged room with a mezzanine. The room is delivered turnkey, meaning: clean, with freshly cleaned carpets, curtains, and a sink with hot and cold water. The start date is negotiable.

The house

The house is fully equipped:

Laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine

Drying and ironing area
Private mailbox
Indoor bicycle storage
A toilet on each floor
Two spacious shower rooms
One kitchen and one large eat-in kitchen
Dishwashers (yes, plural!)
Large south-facing roof terrace

From the eat-in kitchen, you have access to the spacious roof terrace, where we often relax together and enjoy the sun and the sound of birdsong. And all of this in the heart of the city, with absolutely everything just around the corner!

Location
The house is located in the center of Leeuwarden. Within 1 km of NHL Stenden. The supermarket and the train station are within walking distance. All the shops, bars, and cozy canal-side terraces are just around the corner on Nieuwestad (Leeuwarden's main shopping street). Just a few steps away, you're in the heart of the most charming shopping street in the Netherlands!

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a fun, spontaneous, but also neat and responsible student between the ages of 17 and 27.
