Are you looking for an affordable student room in a cozy house in a perfect location? This room is located on the top floor of the house and you share this floor with 3 roommates. The room is compact, but practical and affordable. The room also has a sink in the room, which is great for brushing your teeth;)

In addition, a small kitchen unit has been placed on the landing with space for a communal refrigerator, there is a tap and a sink. Handy for breakfast in the morning. However, you cook downstairs in the communal kitchen, but you also only share this kitchen with your roommates on your own floor. There are two residents on the ground floor, but they have their own kitchenette. The plumbing consists of two showers and one toilet, which you share with the entire house.

We already called the location perfect and that is because the house is actually close to everything. Entering the city on foot and by bike it is only a few minutes. The station is also around the corner and you can almost look out on Van Hall Larenstein. The NHL / Stenden is a bit further, but also easy to do.
