Your profile:
You have hobbies, sports, travel or meet friends, meaning you are not the type of person who sits everyday in the couch, as we like to give each other space in the common areas.
You work full time, and if you do work from home, notice the day I’m free I might want to use the living room. ( I work 3- or 4-days M- Th).
You understand after 22:30 during the week cooking is no possible, we want peace in the house, and cero noise after this time.
You are not a loud person; you respect time during the week. ( I wake up early).
You accept to Clean once a week one area of the house.
You do not leave your things around, you put your plate in the dishwasher after eating.
Preferable a girl working in office hours ( from 8:00-18:00), so we have a similar time, therefore similar time to sleep during the week.
The house is very old; therefore you can hear the person in the next room when moving furniture etc…also if go upstairs with shoes, that is why all of these..
Us:
1 boy Dutch, he is almost never in the house, as he sleeps elsewhere and he deals with all house contract etc.
1 girl ( myself) Spanish, working in accounting near RAI, like sport (many) yoga, go out in the nature, go out to meet friends, second hand shopping, travel home each 3 months or so, very clean, very respectful and peaceful.
The house:
1 toilet downstairs, 1 bathroom upstairs, dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge, space for the bikes, space for parking your car, etc.
