About the place

In my small, quiet house in Landgraaf, I have a furnished room of 11m2 for rent.
I am looking for a decent student (e) who wants to live here temporarily due to study / internship/work. there is also a cat in the house.
There is WIFI in the room. Shopping center, public transport and nature at walking distance.
Distance to Heerlen: 6 km. Maastricht Distance: 25 km.
It makes no sense to react if you are looking for a permanent living!!
