About the place

Hello house seekers!

I am 38 years old and live with my 3 cats in a family house with a garden.

Since four bedrooms are quite a lot for just me, I am looking for a roommate to share the costs with.

On the upper floor, I have a furnished room available of about 12m².

In this room, there is a bed (180x200), a TV with Chromecast, a table, and a chair. A photo of the room will be online soon; I just need to touch it up and take some pictures.

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with me. I work full-time and am generally quite private. In principle, you'll have the house mostly to yourself.

The village I live in is very quiet with not much to do (you’ll need to enjoy that).

A bus stop with direct connections to Alphen / Leiden is 500 meters away, and the supermarket is within walking distance.
