About the place

Both rooms are partly furnished and located on the first floor. One of them has a bed that folds out into a double.

If you’re just starting your studies or in between places, this is a great temporary solution. The train station is just a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bike ride away.

You’re welcome to use:
– the kitchen to cook your meals
– the washing machine and dryer
– your own fridge
– a small outdoor area behind the house

Every two weeks, a cleaner comes by to take care of all rooms, including your own.

You’ll be sharing the house with the owner, who works during the day and is often out. He’s been a student himself (and sometimes still feels like one), and he’s happy to help if you need anything.

The neighbourhood is quiet and social — neighbours are friendly, and if you’re open to it, a little chat is always possible.

One important note: smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the house.
