A nice room 30 min from Utrecht central station. Only 5 min walking distance from IJsselstein center where the tram or bus will take you to Utrecht Central station.

The room is equipped with a 1 person Box Spring, a desk, chair and closet. Kitchen is shared, 2 toilets are shared and the living room is shared. Usage of the washing machine and dryer are included in the monthly price. Registration possible.

Price is including internet, excluding gas and electricity costs which we share with three ppl.
